So. My culinary arts class is awesome. I adore it. The only problem is that it feels so early in the morning. The other day when I was walking to class it was still dark outside. Today we are learning about meat. It isn't my favorite topic. But I love culinary arts. I'm thinking about making it my second minor. That's how much I like it. I'm excited for my culinary arts classes next semster. Right now I'm just in International Foods, but I'm hoping the baking teacher allows me to add. I've been wanting to take it for a long time. I am so ready to go back to sleep. I'm looking for a cranberry sauce recipe that I could jar and freeze so I can have delicious cranberry sauce all year. I eat it often. My culinary lab teacher mentioned she had a fabulous one. Hm.
