Almost time to leave
I have until Sunday.  Then I'm back to the frozen wasteland.
I went to Laguna again last night.  Happens a lot.
I went shopping yesterday and today.  I'm really sleepy now. It's only 6.  Not an acceptable bedtime.  I want to watch a movie.  But I don't know what I want or where I want to watch it. Or with whom.
I should probably shower... But I probably won't.
I played with all the kids at my house yesterday.  There were about 13 in my house.  It was insanity.
I got a surprise letter yesterday.  It was nice(:
I;m not sure if I am excited to go back to the place or if I am dreading it.  There are many things I dislike about being there, but I do like the people and I miss Kenz.
I've been eating too much and it's making me start to feel panicky.

Home for the Holidays

Christmas was a blur of family and of hiding from said family.  It was pretty decent.  I got to cook which is always fun.  I didn't get any Christmas presents.  I got to open presents, but they were for the kinect my family got and since I don't live at home they aren't really for me.  I got myself j'adore by Dior though(:  Woot.
Yesterday I woke up and went to my friend Grant's house for breakfast and a movie. It was The Illusionist. Soo good.  I've never seen it before, but it was really good.  It was so pretty!

Then we went downtown so he could shop for important things.  We got some coconut water with chunks and aloe with mango.  The aloe was good, the coconut water... not so much.  The chucks made it bearable.




















Then we went down to the beach.  The water wasn't that cold.  The tide was really low, so we went and looked at all the pier leg things.  They are covered in muscles and barnacles and snails and something we don't know.  It was cool.  I got to see the animal inside a barnacle.

Ups and Downs
This week has been full of ups and downs.
I went shooting for the first time this weekend.  I rode a quad for the firt time.  I went to Olivera Road in LA yesterday.  Then there are many little things between which are not so fun or pleasent to think or write about.  On to the fun things.




My first expierience shooting.  I'm never invited on manly outings, so this time I decided to invite myself.  it was really fun! 




Olivera St. is this market in LA that has all these neat Latin American shops.  They sell the coolest things.  It kind of reminded me of wandering the markets in europe.  Jenna and I kept getting seperated from the boys.  It was fun but it was a bummer we couldn't stay longer.

Today is my brother Jon's 16th birthday.  Woot for him.  He got heart attacked this morning.  So sweet.

Meh
Today was a stress filled day.  I got both my essays done for my classes.  However, I didn't finish the portfolio.  Not even close as a matter of fact.  I needed 20 entries.  I only had 8.  I didn't even turn in half because I didn't know we were supposed to.  Oh and I totally forgot to put my name on them.  Bombed that.  I should feel more stressed about that.  Normally I'd be hyperventilating and freaking out.  I don't know why.  These last few weeks I just haven't really cared about much of anything.
After that I took a nap.  I just need naps so often lately.  I'm always so tired.
Then I got to have fun and hang out with a friend(:  It was a lot of fun even though we pretty much did nothing.  We watched a movie and hung out.  It was a yoga pants-movie watching kind of day.  I had fun(:(: Happyhappyhappy.

On to my religion final essay.

It's just not going to happen.
I have so much to do!  But I keep falling asleep.  I can't help it.  I'm so sleepy and my laptop is just so warm.  I just pass out on it.
Okay this is what I have to do:

  • Spanish essay -- due Tomorrow
  • Anthro essay -- due Tomorrow
  • Anthro portfolio -- due Tomorrow
  • study for cooking final -- due Tomorrow
  • Antrho discussion paper -- due Tomorrow
  • write Old Testament essay -- due Tuesday
  • write Old Testament make up essay -- due Tuesday
  • study for Spanish final -- due Wednesday
  • study for Foreign gov final-- due Wednesday
  • get oil changed -- before Thursday at 11
  • white glove -- before Thursday at 8
I'm dying.  All I have accomplished from my list is the spanish essay.  That's it.  I have no motivation.  i don't know why.  I just don't.  I just want to sleep and go places with people and finish my fambam's photobooks on shutterfly.  That's it.  Maybe tumblr too.  Mainly I just don't want to do things that actually matter.  Its kind of a problem.
Also.  Elephant girl upstairs is going to die >:| She sucks.  I wish she'd learn how to walk like a human.

Ward Christmas Party/Last Social of the Semester

So we went to our ward thingy.  It was cool and all that jazz.  They served Mexican food and so many types of cheesecake! We also did a white elephant exchange.  I got a religious book),: It was fun anyway.  I wore my green and gold heels!  It was awesome.

Sammy's Famous Pie Shakes
So Sammy's is the place to go.  Especially if nothing else is going on.  We went there last night to get a shake.  We got a massive chocolate oreo pie shake. The girl recommended it over the normal oreo shake.  It was soooooo not good.  We couldn't eat any of it.  It was a bummer.  Sammy's was fun.  We saw a bunch of people we knew and watched  a couple have a fight.  Ya know.  Good times.
